Cartons & Supplies
Corovan has developed special strength containers meant to meet the needs of an active box over the lifetime of its retention schedule. With double thick walls and a hearty, oversized lid cascading down from the top of the box, our cartons will last forever. We also have pre-cut slots for seals if you wish to prevent access and be able to prove it.
We sell various sizes but encourage, and price accordingly, the use of the 1.2 cubic foot storage box for documents. At approximately 35 lbs when full, this is the safest size to handle repeatedly for both our client’s staff as well as ours.

- File Bar-codes – Smaller than the container bar-code, designed to be placed on an individual files, when you choose Corovan's File Management Service. The file bar-code will tell you and Corovan which of your containers is holding the file. If the file is requested to be delivered to your office and then returned to Corovan Record Storage it will be replaced into the same container in which you had originally placed the file.
Supplies
Cor-O-Seals are heavy plastic individually-numbered seals that can be used to secure the lid of the container onto the the container. One is placed at each end of the lid and passed through the openings in the lid and the container then locked into place. You then record the numbers on the seals, making it impossible to gain access to the contents of the container without damage to the seal or the container. Just one more level of security offered by Corovan.
